Mini Mindful Meditation for Osaka Candle:
Welcome to this mini mindful meditation session with our Osaka scented candle. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax undisturbed.
Light your Osaka candle and take a moment to inhale its enchanting aroma. Let its calming and grounding scents envelop you, preparing you for this journey of relaxation and mindfulness.
Sit comfortably on a cushion or chair with your back straight and your hands resting gently on your knees. Close your eyes softly or keep them slightly open with a soft gaze ahead, whichever feels most natural to you.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose, allowing your lungs to fill completely with air. Feel your chest and abdomen expand as you inhale. Then, slowly exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension or stress with each breath. Repeat this deep breathing pattern for a few moments, allowing your breath to guide you into a state of relaxation.
Imagine yourself being transported to the exotic Japanese gardens of Osaka with calming scents. Picture lush trees blossoming and sweet flowers blooming all around you. Visualise yourself standing beside a natural stream, the scent of woody minerals and gentle citrus notes lingering in the air.
Now, bring your attention to the sensations in your body. Feel the ground beneath you, supporting you with stability and strength. Allow the calming and grounding scents of the Osaka Candle to envelop you, soothing your mind and body.
